Ford Aerostar XLT 1995, 7 passenger van (South Anchorage)

Low Low Low Miles for its age - Odometer Reading: 88,577 as of this writing. I do run around in it when the need arises for a big van.
I am the second owner of the Aerostar. I was going to keep it, and was having work & maintenance done on it, when I ran across a truck I liked, now I have too many vehicles. The Aerostar is in excellent condition for its age (see photos, no rust). The van has the essentials of what I would expect from a modern van -- button touch operation all within hand reach. This van has plenty of space to haul cargo - with or without seats, and plenty of space for the family and passengers plus their camping & hunting gear. Non Smoking, Pet free -- we did not use to van to transport family pets.

My selling price (cash only) will vary between the two below -- KBB says for Fair condition: $3151.00, and Very Good Condition for: $3511.00). I am just a little bit negotiable on the price but not by much since I put a lot of work into it already since purchasing (pretty much just getting back what I put into it).
- $2900.00 without fixing the cylinder that is missing (my mechanic tells me it can be in a few spots, he needs his engine diagnoser hook-up thingie). Despite one cylinder missing, with recent tune up & maintenance, this car just keeps going and is very dependable transportation. To compensate for the missing cylinder at the stops; I just add a touch of gas while holding my foot down on the brake. All in all, this Aerostar is an enjoyable ride.
- $3350.00 with problem of missing cylinder fixed.

The scanned Original Sticker Price (see photo) from Dealership shows:

Pros, besides all of the above:
Recent work for Aerostar done by my mechanic at 88450.8 miles; have receipts for parts/fluids:
New Battery
New Winter Windshield Wipers
Tune up: six new spark plugs, drain old oil and old transmission fluid & replace with new. Change oil filter, check air pressure on tires, radiator fluid, brake fluid, power steering and windshield washer fluid.
Replace Left Front CV Axel
Disassemble Front End Suspension - the old rack and pinion, and replace with a new rack & pinion steering: the CV Boots were worn. Was more cost effective to replace the whole thing rather than worry about other things cropping up further on down the line
Original upholstery & carpeting have no rips or tears. Carpet has normal wear.
Tags are current to February 2016.

Cons --
Its a twenty year old car which shows gentle use. And not to sound cheeky, but coming from a logical point of view - I'm thinking that if you want a problem free van you'd have to go to the newer van models to see if mechanical and maintenance problems elude them!
The last piece I was going to fix that needed maintenance was one of the cylinders.
Of a minor nature, and one that does not affect the way the Aerostar runs: The rear wheel well vinyl cover on driver side (see photo) has a tear from having the big heavy seats taken out.
Also, the vinyl trim cover on slider door has broken (see photo -- you might be able to replace it from a parts car).
Did not shampoo upholstery & carpeting, just vacuumed and washed inside and out (see photos).
Check Engine light is on which the dealership would have to turn off after maintenance.

Clean Title with Title in hand. Sold As-Is.
